Nov 21, 2024 · The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority is set to begin its first ACCESS Oklahoma project in Oklahoma City with construction starting in January on the widening of the Kilpatrick Turnpike. The three-mile section between Eastern Avenue and Interstate 35 is part of the original toll road that opened in 1991.
