After that, if you want standard episodic super hero stuff, watch anything from the Showa Era (Kamen Rider - Kamen Rider Black RX) If you want dark, dramatic, and realistic in some cases, watch anything from Heisei Phase 1 (Shin - Decade)

First there is the showa era, which is the super cheesy action stereotype but actually has some surprisingly good storylines sometimes (but cheap action since it was btwn the 70s and 90s).
