Organizations are asking people to participate in a 24-hour boycott, to attend rallies in MacArthur Park and downtown LA and support local businesses and street vendors.

Hundreds gathered in Monrovia on Friday night at a vigil for Carlos Roberto Montoya, who was struck and killed by an SUV while trying to flee U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.

This community group sees East Pasadena as their corner to defend. The work they do is part of a bigger movement.
