Despite their leaving the state, Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier on Monday said an investigation into the Tate brothers "is still ongoing."

Self-proclaimed misogynist Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan recently arrived in Florida from Romania, where they are facing charges of human trafficking, setting off a flurry of concern and anger – and a state-level criminal investigation.

Social media influencer brothers — and fervent supporters of President Donald Trump — Andrew and Tristan Tate appear to have left Florida after getting the cold shoulder from Gov. Ron DeSantis and becoming subjects of a state criminal investigation.

Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate face human-trafficking charges in Romania and Britain. They arrived in Florida last week after a Romanian court lifted travel restrictions.
