The Arizona Wildcats (43-19) are one win away from the College World Series, but to get there it has to beat the North Carolina Tar Heels (46-14) in Game 3 of the NCAA Baseball Tournament’s Super Regionals. Location: Boshamer Stadium; Chapel Hill, N.C.

After a dynamic Game 1 and a rocky Game 2, the UNC baseball team, led by Scott Forbes, took the field at home in Boshamer Stadium for a decisive Game 3. Holding the lead for the majority of the game, an error by the Tar Heels captain allowed an inning to continue and eventually lose the game for UNC, 4-3, ending their 2025 season.
