Minnesota’s air quality alert, which had been slated to expire Saturday evening, has been extended to noon on Monday. Winds are still expected to shift and start driving unhealthy air north and out of the state on Saturday.

Aside from having poor air quality with smoke and haze, we’re set to have a dry weekend across most of Minnesota.

The entire state of Minnesota is under an air quality alert for the next few days, coinciding with a stretch of cooler, quieter weather.
