Service on one of the MBTA’s commuter rail lines was disrupted on Tuesday afternoon after a car crashed into a train, officials said. The driver of a Tesla drove around closed crossing gates and struck a commuter rail train in Hingham, a Keolis spokesperson told Boston 25 News.

A signal problem at an MBTA station in Boston halted Blue Line services on Tuesday, prompting shuttle buses to be used to replace train services.
