The Hawks announced before summer league that Jacob Toppin and Eli Ndiaye had inked two-way contracts. The third was claimed last week by Keaton Wallace, a 26-year-old point guard who was on a two-way with the Hawks last season and appeared in 31 NBA games, starting five.
