Bill Gates is not impressed by Elon Musk’s work with the Department of Government Efficiency. In an interview with the Financial Times, he described Musk’s work as hurting the most vulnerable people on the planet.

The two men have long had a rivalry, and this isn't the first time the Microsoft cofounder has criticized Musk.

But now, the Trump administration has suddenly halted PEPFAR five years early. Researchers estimate that without the program, an additional 1 million children will be infected with HIV over the next five years, an additional 500,000 will die from AIDS, and 2.8 million will be orphaned, according to The Lancet.
