The Chicago Bears made the biggest splash of the NFL offseason by hiring Ben Johnson as head coach. Now, with the 2025 coaching cycle nearly complete, they’ve been crowned the biggest winners.

The Chicago Bears have already made a major splash in their offseason when they hired Ben Johnson as their new head coach. The former Lions offensive coordinator was rated as the lead head coaching candidate for teams that needed new sideline bosses and the Bears were able to secure his services shortly after Detroit's season came to an end.

Lower level assistants on the staff have now left while the Bears continue to look at line coaches on both sides of the football.

With the introduction of Ben Johnson as the next Chicago Bears head coach, things are looking up for the team. The foundation is in place, but the focus now shifts to strengthening the trenches and building a winning culture in Chicago.
