The US Supreme Court on March 26 upheld the federal regulation of built-at-home “ghost gun” kits, backing a rule put in place during the Biden administration to stem what officials said was a torrent of untraceable weapons.

“Today’s Supreme Court ruling is a win for public safety,” said Assembly Majority Leader Lou Greenwald, D-Camden. “For far too long, untraceable, illegally made ghost guns have fueled violence in our communities, making it easier for firearms to fall into the wrong hands.”
