Windham's historic town hall clock will be restarted this week, according to town officials. The celebration is scheduled for Friday at 11:30 a.m. on Main St. in Willimantic.
The original clock dates back 129 years to June 22, 1896, when wealthy businessman James E. Hayden purchased it to be installed in the town hall tower for his fellow citizens to enjoy.
