A new report from The Information claims that Apple is losing over $1 billion a year on Apple TV+ (per Reuters). Apparently, the company has spent more than $5 billion a year on content since the streamer launched in 2019,

The tech giant has spent more than $5 billion a year on content since launching Apple TV+ in 2019, the report said.

Apple TV Plus is losing more than $1 billion every year despite reaching 45 million subscribers in 2024, according to a report from The Information. It’s reportedly the only Apple subscription that isn’t generating a profit.
