A man convicted of second degree assault and murder for separate 2020 shootings will spend the rest of his life in prison, according to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.

The Montgomery Police Department is confirming a homicide investigation in connection to an early March shooting death.

Terrion Austin, 20, of Montgomery, was hospitalized after a March 4 shooting, said MPD Sgt. Ernestina McGriff.
