DITRA-HEAT is an electric floor warming system that directly incorporates uncoupling technology to ensure that floors aren't susceptible to cracked tiles and grout.

After removing existing tile, grinding down parts of the floor, and using dry-pack and self-levelers to correct the final touches of the surface, they incorporated the DITRA uncoupling membrane.

The best I know about is called DITRA-HEAT-DUO. It includes an uncoupling membrane and installation all in one, designed to be installed underneath ceramic or porcelain tiles.
