Samsung's new AI-forward flagship smartphones are on deck.The South Korean tech giant unveiled the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra during its Galaxy Unpacked livestream on Wednesday, Jan. 22, showcasing their sweeping integration of AI features but otherwise minimal spec upgrades.

One of the upgrades that caught my eye during the livestream was the announcement of a new storage tier for the baseline S25, which now comes in a 512GB storage option in addition to the existing 128GB and 256GB variants – but, for some reason, not in the US.

Samsung Galaxy S25 starts at $799 for the base model with 12GB RAM and 128GB storage. The S25+ is priced at $999 for 256GB. Both models feature Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, various storage options, and are available in four colors.
