MADISON – When the Wisconsin men’s basketball team faced BYU in the second round of the NCAA tournament in March, the Badgers got a taste of what it was like to play in front of the Cougars’ massive fan base.

Wisconsin is looking to build off its final 27-10 record during the 2024-25 slate, a season which culminated in a Big Ten tournament title game appearance and No. 3 seed in the NCAA Tournament. The test against BYU's talent will serve as an indicator of how well Gard's new pieces can coalesce early in the season.
