Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro issued a statement via X on Saturday afternoon, addressing the shooting at UPMC Memorial in York.

The shooter has been identified as Diogenes Archangel Ortiz. He allegedly entered the hospital with a handgun and zip ties.
