By Guillermo Martinez and Michael Francis Gore MADRID, Spain (Reuters) -Spanish women's World Cup winner Jenni Hermoso confronted former soccer federation boss Luis Rubiales at his trial on Monday, saying she did not agree to the kiss that triggered a national backlash against sexism in sport.

Rubiales is accused of sexual assault and of trying to coerce Hermoso to publicly support him after the incident in Sydney.

Jenni Hermoso and Luis Rubiales appeared in court in Madrid on Monday, Feb. 3. Rubiales is on trial for alleged sexual assault over him kissing Hermoso on the lips at the 2023 World Cup Final, according to reports.
