The codependent 'Thunderbolts*' team isn't the one fans asked for, but it is also the most exciting group to emerge from the MCU in over a decade.
The new poster, created by artist Eileen Steinbach of SG Posters, shows silhouettes of the Thunderbolts standing in a line. However, below, their shadows resemble The Avengers. Hawkeye’s shadow stands underneath Ghost, Hulk below Red Guardian, Black Widow below Yelena, Iron Man below Bucky, Captain America below John, and Thor below Bob.
The major studios have learned not to put out high profile titles in the wake of a Marvel movie – hence why Eli Craig's Clown In A Cornfield, Joe Carnahan's Shadow Force, and James Madigan's Fight Or Flight were Friday's big new arrivals – and that set the box office up for another big showdown between Jake Schreier's Thunderbolts* and Ryan Coogler's Sinners.

Thunderbolts* had a strong second weekend hold at the box office for an MCU movie, and has now reached $272.2 million globally. The Florence Pugh-fronted action flick added $33.1 million domestically and $34 million internationally to top the box office charts for a second week running.
