Harvey is following in the footsteps of previous running backs who were picked by Sean Payton before Day 3 of the NFL draft. The only other RBs that Payton has selected before pick No. 68 were Reggie Bush (No. 2), Mark Ingram (No. 28) and Alvin Kamara (No. 67). Harvey (No. 60) is joining an impressive list.

Harvey will be known as one of the best running backs in the history of the University of Central Florida. Last season he had 232 carries for 1,577 yards and 22 touchdowns and the prior year he had 226 carries for 1,416 yards along with 16 scores.
