Sports Interactive has cancelled FM25, with the cancellation being due to a "variety of challenges" and that the game is "too far away from the standards you deserve".

Sports Interactive announced that it was canceling FM25 after facing multiple delays. The game developer announced that it would refund all the gamers who had pre-ordered the game using the method they used.

Now, a full statement has confirmed that Football Manager 25 will not be coming out, and refunds will automatically be sent to anyone that pre-ordered the game and already paid for it.
