The city's list of legal options for banning short-term rentals is dwindling.

A state appeals court says Dallas can’t enforce a ban limiting where short-term rentals listed on platforms like Airbnb can operate in the city.

Preliminary plans to build a single-family home on a property off Grand View Road where a duplex already exists were unanimously approved during last Wednesday’s Planning Board meeting.
