LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Civil War era flags representing the 90,000 Michiganders who fought in the war were returned to public display Saturday at the state Capitol building.
The exhibit's ribbon cutting is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Oct. 4 at Pennsylvania Civil War Battle Flag Education Center and be open for visitors as well on the following two days.
