A young medical resident from Pakistan testified before the Virginia Board of Medicine about how she was “afraid she might get raped” by a Richmond-area blood and cancer doctor inside a motel room.

The Bethany Police Department identified 29-year-old Billy Feaster and 6-year-old Elizabeth Feaster, following a murder-suicide.
