WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — The City of Wichita has approved a new lease agreement with Duck’s Flying Discs, a clubhouse tenant of a public park that enjoyed a secret, sweetheart deal for years.

Tenants argued that “no cause evictions” are unfair, while property owners said it’s unfair to force them to offer a new lease.
