LAS VEGAS — It appears longtime Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll will finally be returning to an NFL sideline. Carroll and the Las Vegas Raiders have agreed to a three-year contract to become the organization's next head coach, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported citing league sources.
