CBS is going all out to get its new version of Hollywood Squares in front of viewers — including those who watch TV during the day.

The week-long programming stunt also comes as CBS recently shifted its Wednesday game night schedule — moving “Hollywood Squares” to 8 p.m. ET (instead of the originally planned 10 p.m.) starting Jan. 29. (Also on the evening: “The Price Is Right at Night” at 9 p.m. ET and “Raid the Cage” at 10 p.m. ET.)

"Hollywood Squares," the recently introduced game show reboot on CBS, is heading to daytime for the week of January 27.

On most stations, Hollywood Squares will temporarily replace repeats of another CBS game show, The Price Is Right whose originals run earlier in the day. The majority of Hollywood Squares incarnations over the past six decades have aired in daytime syndication.
