Gary Day made three appearances in court Friday after being on the run the last two months with Sophia Franklin.

He’s the man who was with a pregnant teenager reported missing from Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, identified as 17-year-old Sophia Franklin. She was the subject of an Amber Alert in February. Day is also believed to be the father of Franklin’s unborn child.
