After updating to version 16.18.39 of the Google app, we can confirm seeing the new gradient G on multiple devices — it looks like this is now rolling out widely.

Go into About phone. Tap on Android version, which will show the number “15”. Repeatedly tap on the Android version field. You should see the Android 15 logo floating in space.

Scroll down and tap “ Android version.” On this page, quickly tap “Android version” three times. You’ll be presented with the Android 14 logo. Press it and hold until the game activates.

Android 15, the current stable version of Android, is installed on only 4.5% of active Android phones. In this case, more than half of active Android devices have not yet been updated to Android 13.
