Andrew Bernard Nick, who is accused of driving the car that caught fire and caused the Gold Ranch Fire, was arrested on DUI charges, records show.

Andrew Clark, 17, was killed in a crash last year while riding his bike. His family is frustrated that one of the drivers, who was intoxicated, was not charged in connection with his death.
