The ACLU is raising alarm on conditions at Guantánamo Bay. The organization suggests that some migrants are being detained “in the same prison housing law of war detainees."

In a new lawsuit, the ACLU is taking on the Trump Administration over what it calls a deprivation of rights of those who were deported to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The Lawsuit argues that the Trump Administration is taking away the first and fifth amendment rights of the undocumented migrants who have been shuttered away from the world at Guantanamo Bay.
