New minority owner Tom Brady’s voice is carrying a lot of weight with Mark Davis in the Raiders’ search for a new coach and general manager.

Antonio Pierce and Tom Telesco were relieved from their duties with the Raiders following a disastrous 4-13 campaign.

A former Michigan linebacker is slated to become the new general manager of the Las Vegas Raiders. According to NFL Network, the team is expected to hire John Spytek, who has spent the past nine seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, including the last two as assistant general manager, to fill its vacant GM position.
