An Ohio man who led police on a manhunt this summer after stealing a vehicle with a child in the backseat was sentenced to 15 years in prison by a Peoria County judge on Thursday. Victor Farris, 46, pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular hijacking and kidnapping after leading police on a chase this summer after he stole rental vehicle with a 3-year-old child in the backseat in September.
