An Iowa state senator has introduced a bill that would place a 5 year moratorium on new gaming licenses in Iowa. Senator Jeff Reichman, a republican from Lee County, introduced the bill Wednesday. If enacted it would place a hold on new gaming licenses in Iowa until July 2030.
