Kansas basketball went on the road Monday night and secured a 71-64 victory over Colorado, thanks to a monster performance from Hunter Dickinson. The 7-foot-2 center put on a clinic in the post, scoring 32 points on 13-for-18 shooting while adding 13 rebounds to dominate the Buffaloes.
The 7-foot-2 center was challenged by Kansas Jayhawks coach Bill Self on Friday. He says he’s ready for the postseason.
Kansas led 26-20 with eight minutes left in the first half, but the offense cooled off, allowing Colorado to hang around. Dickinson was the one keeping things steady, dominating inside and helping the Jayhawks rebuild a double-digit lead with just over five minutes to play.
