Roblox has been an Xbox console exclusive for almost a decade, but that will finally end when it arrives on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.

A major feature is coming to Roblox on consoles in 2025, and it promises to change the overall gameplay experience for PlayStation and Xbox players.

Xbox One is getting Roblox, the inventive build-your-own-game online experience. It’s free to download, and it will come with 20 curated levels and modes built by fans.

Roblox, which runs a platform for youths to create and play their own video games, said Thursday it will expand its presence to the Xbox One in December.
