After going 2-2 through the first four games of the season, the Atlanta Falcons have the week off. The NFL schedule-makers gave the team the earliest possible bye. The Falcons are one of four teams -- along with the Chicago Bears, the Green Bay Packers and the Pittsburgh Steelers -- with a bye in Week 5.

The Falcons have seen a tremendous year-over-year improvement from their defense, but their post-bye week showdown with the Bills will be its biggest test yet.

Under OC Zac Robinson, the Falcons were a disappointing 25th in the NFL in scoring with 19 points per game through their first four games.

The Atlanta Falcons have had some highs and lows through the first quarter of the season, and therefore, it's only appropriate that they're 2-2 after four games. The team has put together some impressive stretches on both offense and defense, however, Atlanta has lacked the consistency from week to week.
