Shakur Stevenson picked up one of the biggest wins of his career on Saturday night, earning a unanimous decision win over William Zepeda at Louis Armstrong Stadium in New York.

Speaking in the post-fight press conference, Stevenson paid homage to his rival’s ‘thump’ after being caught with over 200 shots – the most of any opponent he has faced. Post-fight, he admitted it was ‘too much punishment’ for his liking and may revert back to more movement in the future.
