President Trump discussed the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine and says he warned Russian President Vladimir Putin against striking back at Ukraine after they conducted a drone operation on aircraft.

President Donald Trump said Russian President Vladimir Putin told him in a phone call on Wednesday that Putin will retaliate against Ukraine for its coordinated drone attack on Russian war planes.

"It was a good conversation, but not a conversation that will lead to immediate Peace," President Trump posted on social media.
