A Sugar Land resident claimed a $2 million prize won with an Ultimate Riches scratch game ticket purchased at Fuel Time, at 15559 W. Airport Blvd. in Sugar Land.
A H-E-B on the San Antonio's Northeast side sold one lucky customer a $1 million winning ticket, the Texas Lottery website states. It was purchased at the store's checkout counter located at 17238 Bulverde Road, San Antonio, TX, 78247 — not far from Friesenhahn Park and the Northern Hills Golf Course.

HOUSTON - One Sugar Land resident is now a millionaire after winning the top prize from a Texas Lottery scratch-off ticket. The ticket, worth $2 million, was the Ultimate Riches scratch ticket game. It was sold at Fuel Time in the 15000 block of West Airport Boulevard.
The current jackpot is estimated to be worth $643 million, with a cash value of $290.6 million. The next Powerball drawing will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 20.
While efforts to completely kill the state lottery failed, the Texas Legislature abolished the Texas Lottery Commission, moved game operations to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, and further tweaked some rules to the game.
The Powerball jackpot was last won May 31, when a California player hit the $204.5 million grand prize. The odds of scoring the jackpot prize are 1 in 292,201,338. Drawings are broadcast Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:59 p.m. ET and can be streamed online.
The Powerball jackpot is rapidly growing, and could grow into one of the largest jackpots in history if a winner doesn’t emerge in the next drawing or two.
