Three Penn State seniors were named Monday to the watch list for the Maxwell Award, presented to the nation’s outstanding college football player. Quarterback Drew Allar and running backs Nick Singleton and Kaytron Allen are among the 80 players recognized. Penn State is the only team with three players on the list.

Penn State senior quarterback Drew Allar, senior running back Kaytron Allen and senior running back Nicholas Singleton were named to the Maxwell Award watch list Monday.

Ohio State's Jeremiah Smith is easily the best player in college football, and in 2025, he'll have the chance to take home some hardware to prove it. Smith was named to the Maxwell Award's preseason watchlist on Monday.
