Indian authorities have started handing over remains of the victims of one of India’s worst aviation disasters after identifying some through DNA tests.

Air India chairman N Chandrasekaran addressed employees following the tragic June 12 crash of flight 171, expressing his deep sorrow and urging them to remain strong amidst criticism. He emphasized the complexity of aviation and the importance of waiting for the investigation's findings.
