Israel said Tuesday that it will send a negotiating team to Qatar this weekend for talks on the second phase of a Gaza ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement. A statement by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office said the team will discuss “technical details related to continuing to carry out” the agreement.
