Crowds gathered for back to back protests outside Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer's offices in the Hudson Valley and NYC Feb. 4 and 5.

The Senate minority leader had initially said he would not lean on his colleagues to reflexively oppose every nominee, but changed his stance after the president’s actions generated heavy pressure from the left.

Democrats held the Senate floor overnight in protest of Russell Vought’s nomination to lead the Office of Management and Budget.
