Frommelt, the only person in the car, was pronounced dead on the scene. Authorities identified Frommelt, who lived in Des Moines, on Monday afternoon.In the lead-up to the 2020 election, all eyes are on Iowa.

One person is dead following a Sunday morning crash on Highway 141, southeast of Granger. According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, just before 9 a.m. deputies were called to the 12100 block of Highway 141 on reports of a single-car accident.

The scammers, primarily targeting the elderly, claim that a family member is in legal trouble and they need money. They request money in person or by mail.
