Newark Liberty International Airport is still seeing some delays on Monday after hundreds of flights were held up due to a ground stop over the weekend.

Newark flights are set to be scaled back just as Americans are making summer travel plans after the third glitch in two weeks. CBS News New York's Elijah Westbrook reports.

According to the FAA, the travel headaches at Newark airport are partly because of construction on one of the runways, but it's also due to air traffic controller shortages.
