In terms of style, the Forester Hybrid will be available in an exclusive new exterior color, Daybreak Blue Pearl, as well as a contrast Crystal Black Silica roof (for certain colors). It also gets HYBRID badging on the fenders and power rear gate. High-durability, animal-free StarTex® interiors will also be available on select trim levels.

All-terrain tires are fitted standard for more grip on loose surfaces, complemented by Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive, a locking center differential, and an uprated transmission cooler. The XMode terrain select system also gains Snow/Dirt and Deep Snow/Mud settings.
