Lady Gaga's new Mayhem merch is ripping off a logo that Lost International has had trademarked since 2015, a new lawsuit claims.

The California-based surf company Lost contends co-founder Matt Biolos, an acclaimed board shaper, has used the “Mayhem” mark for decades and that Lady Gaga’s new album and tour is using a nearly identical logo.

Surfboard company Lost International has taken legal action against the pop star, accusing her of copying their logo for her latest album. Lost International maintains that it has been using a stylised version of the word on its products since 2015.
