Protesters filled the west lawn of the Colorado State Capitol early Wednesday afternoon as they demonstrated against President Donald Trump’s immigration crackdown and other recent actions. A growing crowd of thousands that began gathering shortly before noon quickly spilled onto Lincoln Street,

Dozens of protesters went to the Denver offices of Sens. Michael Bennet and John Hickenlooper to ask for more action against “constitutional crisis” caused by Trump administration.

The 50 States Protest happened to coincide with raids from ICE and other federal agents at multiple apartments on Wednesday.
